CLYDESDALE FOOD BANK NEWS

posted 4 Mar 2016, 02:53 by clydesdale foodbank

Thank you to all who support us. This week we need: Our referrals have increased slightly on last year. The majority of clients are still single males. We have a few for single females, couples and occasionally a family. Thanks to the generosity of Clydesdale people, we can still give enough food to last a fortnight.
We are needing: tinned potatoes, tomatoes, beans (YES beans - we used to have 3 shelves full now down to 1) carrots, sweetcorn, diluting juice, dried and savoury rice, jam, shaving foam and shower gel.
Please no more biscuits just now - we have enough to last for a year.

Standing order and gift aid forms are available in the church vestibule.
Please feel free to visit any day Monday to Friday between 10am and noon. Our address is 66 High Street (next door to Boots). The food bank reopens on Tuesday 5th January.    www.clydesdalefoodbank.btck.co.uk
AGM will be held on Thursday 31st March at 7.30in St John’s Church. All interested welcome.
