INSIDE OUT: FAITH DRIVEN ACTION - A JOINT CONFERENCE BY CHURCH AND SOCIETY AND CROSSREACH

Worship will be led by the Moderator, the Rt Rev John Chalmers with speakers including Paul Morrison (Joint Public Issues Team), Kathy Galloway (Christian Aid), Peter Bailey (Chief Exec, CrossReach), Sally Bonar (Convener, CrossReach), Sally Foster-Fulton (Convener, Church and Society)

This conference will look at how faith drives people to engage in society and the role of faith in local and political involvement. It aims to provide support to Church and Society and CrossReach representatives in local congregations, but is open to all those who have an interest in the work of both Councils.

·         The Church and Divestment: should we divest from fossil fuel companies?

·         Scotland's Future Now: beyond the referendum

·         Learn-Link-Love: Serve Your Local School

·         Money, Money, Money: the way we use our wealth

·         Prayer and Partnerships: From small seeds good things grow

·         Two are better than one: Practical ways you can support CrossReach
