LANARK & DISTRICT U3A CIRCLE DANCING The next meeting of this class is being held on Friday, 4th November at 10.30am to 12.00pm in Lanark Memorial Hall.

Members are already enjoying this new group but would like others to join them and have a good time, whilst having gentle exercise.  Visitors are also welcome to try with a view to joining the U3A in time.

Circle Dancing is a collection of dances and music from around the world and is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and level of fitness who want to dance.

No partner is needed and no special footwear or clothing required.

Dancing in a circle creates mutual support and a coming together.

We say there are no mistakes, only variations!!!
